Huawei Mate 20 Pro becomes DxOMark’s new leader in camera performance
DxOMark, who did detailed camera tests for smartphones, reviewed the Huawei Mate 20 Pro. The device, which achieved to score 109 points, came to the top with the Huawei P20 Pro.

Today, DxOMark, which performs detailed camera tests on smartphones, has released its report for Mate 20 Pro. The device has reached 109 points and is the new owner of the summit.
Huawei’s P20 Pro model, which was introduced in March, has long been at the top of the list. The new model of the company, the Mate 20 Pro, was supposed to end this, but the two models received the same score. The P20 Pro has a score of 114 from the photo and 98 from the video, with an average of 109 points. Mate 20 Pro has achieved 114 from photo, 97 from video and 109 average. So we can say that the two devices of the company share the summit.
Compared to the P20 Pro, the DxOMark features plus features such as better exposure, sharpness reduction and more details in the photo. However, the P20 Pro 3X zoom, the bokeh effect, and low-light video stabilization features are better.
Note that the P20 Pro has a Monochrome sensor instead of the wide-angle sensor. The scores remained close, as having a wide angle camera did not affect the DxOMark score. Yet the new owner of the first seat was the Huawei Mate 20 Pro. The second place is the Huawei P20 Pro and the third place is Apple iPhone XS Max with 105 points.
